Is White Shadow Limo Service fully insured?
All limousines are required to carry commercial insurance and proper permits.
White Shadow is no exception. With your safety our priority, we also ensure
that our chauffeurs possess excellent driving records.

Is White Shadow Limo Service a member of an accredited industry association?
Yes. We are members, in good standing, of the Ontario Owners Limousine Association. We are proud to be listed with the Better Business Bureau as complaints about limousine services follow closely behind auto mechanics.

What is the difference between hiring a limousine service as opposed to a regular taxi?
Limousine services offer a valuable alternative to taxis which can sometimes be unreliable. Typically, limousine airport service is just a few dollars more than taxi fare and, when traveling with several people sharing the cost, limo transportation can be an affordable option.

Is tipping the driver required?
Yes. The standard tip is 15% of the total fare.

Beware of shopping for 'bargain basement' prices! In the limousine industry, there are many variances of quality & price. Unfortunately, oftentimes a cheaper price can
translate into a larger risk for the consumer.

Avoid the frustration and disappointment of experiencing unprofessional or late service,
old, dirty, poorly maintained or under-insured vehicles - or even 'no-shows'. First class service requires well-trained chauffeurs & mechanically-sound vehicles.

White Shadow Limo's motto is to 'not only meet but to
 exceed customer expectations'.
Transportation costs are calculated utilizing several factors. The first is the type
of vehicle required. Luxury sedans are the least expensive - but can transport a maximum of only four passengers. The cost increases in direct proportion to the number of passengers. Secondly, the travel distance is taken into consideration.
